Intentional Transitions: Psychotherapy Group – OPEN FOR REGISTRATION

An 8 session psychotherapy group occuring once every 6-8 weeks, designed to invite intentional reflection, psychoeducation, somatic practices, and integration of ancestral wisdom from earth based practices to support holistic, individual and generational healing and effective coping in seasonal transitions.

These group sessions focus on experiential, somatic practices to support intentional reflection and sensing our deep connection within as a stable resource amidst the transitions we experience throughout the year. Through trauma informed, somatic, Yogic movement and guided meditative practices we invite in sensations of slowing down, grounding, and intuitively sensing our experiences and needs. We also engage in intentional creative expressions in various forms associated with the seasons which group members each bring home to support integrating practices into daily life throughout the season.

Two group spaces will be available to join once every 6-8 weeks and each group space is limited to a maximum of 5 participants per group in order to develop a sense of continuity in a collective community.
Sharing in the group setting is optional and not required based on individual comfort levels.
Opportunities for written reflection are incorporated throughout each group session.

The cost of each two hour group session is $100. This cost may be covered by insurance providers as it is a Psychotherapy Group provided by a Registered Psychotherapist – always confirm directly with your insurance provider.
