Hi, I am Shauna (she/her)!
I am a multifaceted wellness practitioner, honoured to support you on your life journey.
Through a holistic approach to psychotherapy and counselling, I offer a collaborative space, working with you to develop further insights into your lived experiences and integrate practices that bolster your daily wellness.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.
I am also a trained Yoga Teacher and Mastery Level Reiki Practitioner. I incorporate trauma informed mind-body-energy practices into all of my offerings.
Within my therapy practice I often incorporate approaches such as mindfulness, somatic experiencing, dialectical behaviour therapy tools and ego-state (i.e. inner child & critic) to support you in tuning in to your inner experiences and creating adjustments in your learned patterns that you feel are no longer serving you in your present life.

General practice details:
I work one-on-one with adult individuals both virtually and in-person.
Schedule availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays with first appointments of the day beginning at 9:30am and last appointments beginning at 2:30pm.
Fees are $185 per 50 minute session.
Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP but is covered by many insurance providers.
